Happy hour on the terrace

Ms. Phuong's shares Terrace 2 with Market Bar next door, so the fish and chips come with craft beer from our own menu and gin cocktails poured a few tables over and carried across.

Local bands play through happy hour, and the rooftop fills up slowly rather than all at once, tables of chips and pints and the river going quiet below as the evening goes on.
